These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at thefuturemill.com (the “Site”), operated by The Future Mill LLC (“The Future Mill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. No other use is permitted without express written permission from The Future Mill LLC.

3. No Professional or Legal Advice

The content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional consulting advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice. Engaging The Future Mill for consulting services requires a separate written agreement.

4. Contact Form and Communications

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to make such an inquiry on behalf of the organization you identify. Submitting the contact form does not create a consulting engagement, contractual relationship, or any obligation on the part of The Future Mill.

Any proposals, scopes of work, or service agreements will be provided in a separate written document and must be executed by both parties before any consulting services commence.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Future Mill LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
